About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Head of Agro to lead and expand our client's Agri-inputs, seeds, and agricultural equipment business across the Middle East and Africa.
Our client is partnering with a leading organization to hire a strategic leader with a strong background in Agri-inputs, seeds, and agricultural equipment to drive growth across the Middle East and Africa.
About the Requirements- Lead expansion of Agro Sales & Distribution across MEA
- Own full P&L and drive revenue, margin, and profitability
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and regulators
- Lead and mentor high-performing regional teams
- 15+ years in Agri-inputs distribution
- Proven success managing large-scale businesses in MEA
- Strong exposure to B2B & B2C markets
- Deep understanding of Middle East and African trade markets
- Fluency in English, French will be highly desirable
- MBA preferred
