Account Executive
My client, a LegalTech specialist, is looking for a driven and ambitious Account Executive to develop and grow a defined territory comprising both existing customers and new business opportunities. This role will focus on building relationships within key industry sectors and helping organisations adopt technology solutions that support their digital transformation objectives.
Working within a collaborative commercial team, you will be supported by business development, pre-sales, marketing, customer success, and alliance functions, enabling you to focus on identifying opportunities, building pipelines, and closing strategic deals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to drive revenue growth.
- Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand client challenges and position tailored technology solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial engagement through to negotiation and contract completion.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Represent the organisation at industry conferences, networking events, and market-leading technology forums.
- Minimum 4 years experience in enterprise software sales, account management, or a similar customer-facing commercial role.
- Demonstrated success selling SaaS solutions into mid-market or enterprise organisations.
- Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience using CRM platforms to manage pipelines, forecasts, and customer engagement activities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent Arabic speaker.
- Ability to independently manage and grow a territory.
- Skilled at engaging senior decision-makers and navigating complex sales environments.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and highly motivated by achieving results.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across customer organisations.
