- Proven track record in Dubai off-plan sales
- Strong understanding of the local property market
- Confident communicator with solid negotiation skills
- Self-driven, competitive, and commercially aware
- UAE driving licence (preferred)
- Up to 70% commission, paid monthly
- Access to strong internal data and active resale stock
- Full support transitioning from off-plan to resale
- Ongoing training from experienced, ex-agent leadership
- A high-performance environment with genuine earning potential
