Job Description
The Unique Group, organizer of The Unique Show and The Unique Gallery, is looking for an ambitious Business Developer to strengthen our presence in the global luxury landscape. Based in Dubai, this role offers the opportunity to connect with niche jewelry maisons, fine watchmakers, luxury brands, and elite clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Drive business development for The Unique Show and The Unique Gallery, focusing on exhibitor acquisition and sponsorships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high jewelry brands, collectors, and luxury houses worldwide.
- Develop tailored proposals and close high-value deals, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Represent The Unique Group at international fairs, networking events, and private appointments.
- Provide regular reporting.
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the luxury sector, preferably in high jewelry, fine art, or premium lifestyle.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with top-level decision-makers.
- Excellent communication in English both written and spoken is mandatory; proficiency in Italian and/or French is a strong advantage.
- Dubai-based with a hybrid schedule and full availability for international travel.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Deep understanding of luxury culture, discretion, and client service excellence.
