As a Digital Project Manager, you will be the central orchestrator of cross-functional teamsdriving digital initiatives from conception to completion with clarity, empathy, and excellence. Your goal is to maintain a continuous,responsive. and positive relationship with client teams working across internal teams to ensure the projects are managed and running on time, and on budget, and deliver to the highest quality level, with in-person and remote communications that are consistent and clear.
In this role, you will work with the consulting team, produce deliverables presentations, review, analyze, and summarize information to produce insights and aid in understanding the project details.
This role requires hands-on, attention to detail, disciplined documentation.
Primary Responsibilities- Project leadership:Strategically plan, execute, and oversee digital projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and MBLMs standards of quality.
- Client & Stakeholder Management:Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, managing expectations, providing regular status updates, and fostering a positive partnership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Coordinate with design, content, strategy, and development teams to deliver cohesive, innovative digital experiences.
- Timeline & Resource Management:Create detailed project schedules, allocate resources, track progress, and proactively address risks or roadblocks.
- Quality Assurance:Review deliverables to ensure they meet specifications, brand guidelines, and the highest quality standards before client delivery.
- Documentation & Reporting:Maintain comprehensive project documentation, generate progress reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, adopt new tools, and implement best practices in digital project management.
- Budget Oversight:Monitor project budgets, manage estimates, and ensure financial accountability (if applicable).
- Vendor Coordination:Liaise with external vendors/partners as needed to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- 4-5 years related professional experience in a digital marketing or interactive agency, with a minimum of three+ years experience in project management
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and/or Scrum certification
- Demonstrated success managing multi-disciplinary digital projects (websites, apps, campaigns, etc.) with a portfolio of on-time, on-budget, and high-quality projects.
- Strong command of systems and software. iWork (Pages, Numbers, Keynote) and Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira), Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to synthesize and present complex information with clarity and confidence.
- Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and inform project decisions.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset; adept at anticipating challenges and adapting quickly.
