Job Description

Our client is a state-owned investment and holding company based in Abu Dhabi, established in 2018 to support the UAEs economic diversification efforts. It manages a broad portfolio of major enterprises across key sectors including healthcare, energy, food and agriculture, logistics, utilities, and financial services.

They are looking for a Procurement Coordinator (12-month contract). This position involves managing and overseeing the procurement process with a specific focus in coordinating closely with legal and the business to execute non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and master service agreements (MSAs), managing the helpdesk and the supplier onboarding overall.

The job holder must ensure that these agreements are efficiently and effectively handled from start to finish, meeting the quality standards and specifications required.

Contract: 12-months

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategies for managing NDAs and MSAs, working with internal stakeholders to determine procurement needs.
  • Support the preparation and review of NDAs and MSAs to ensure all details are accurately captured and compliant with company policies.
  • Providing recommendations to the business for NDAs and MSAs.
  • Identify and maintain a list of potential vendors with the capability to meet the company&aposs NDA and MSA requirements.
  • Build and develop relationships with key vendors to ensure compliance and effective management of NDAs and MSAs.
  • Maintain and update records of NDAs and MSAs, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support negotiations to secure favorable terms in NDAs and MSAs.
  • Ensure alignment with company policies and negotiated terms and conditions when issuing NDAs and MSAs.
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to track the progress of NDAs and MSAs and measure against procurement plan progress.
  • Develop and implement vendor selection criteria and standards to ensure the optimum quality of services and resources are provided cost-effectively.
  • Track and report the performance of vendors in relation to NDAs and MSAs to the Head of Procurement.
  • Provide overall support to the business through effective customer service on all matters related to NDAs and MSAs, enhancing governance.

Education and Certification

Bachelors degree in business administration, Legal or related subject

Knowledge and Skill

Understanding of NDAs and MSAs.

Negotiation skills.

Commercial acumen.

Project Management skills.

Experience

2 to 4 years of relevant work experience
