QA & Food Safety Compliance Analyst
LOCATION:
Al Ain
Purpose
To ensure effective implementation and adherence to quality and food safety standards, including HACCP, ISO 22000, and BRC, across the companys operations. The position drives QA&FS compliance by analyzing quality and safety data, identifying trends, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, and customer-specific requirements across all sites.
- Lead QA&FS system integration for new acquisitions, mergers, and new business units.
- Support internal, regulatory, and third-party audits, ensuring audit readiness and timely CAPA execution.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve QMS documentation (policies, SOPs, work instructions) to meet regulatory and internal standards.
- Maintain a uniform QA&FS standard applicable to all sites across the organization.
- Design and implement unified quality metrics and reporting dashboards across all regions.
- Drive digital quality initiatives such as eQMS, ERP integration, LIMS, data analytics, and automated reporting.
- Implement digital tools for real-time quality monitoring, trend analysis, and predictive quality control.
- Analyze quality and food safety data to identify trends, risks, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Bachelors degree in food science, Microbiology, Engineering, or in a related subject.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Food Safety in the Food & Beverages manufacturing industry.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Six Sigma, or equivalent are preferred.
- Experience with digital quality tools such as LIMS, SAP-QM, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in root cause analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA) methodologies.
- Proficient in data analysis, quality reporting, and risk assessment.
