Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented HR Director to lead and scale the human resources function of a fast-growing, global Data Centre, Property Development, and Real Estate Technology company headquartered in Dubai. This is a senior leadership role requiring a strong HR background within technology-driven infrastructure environments, including experience managing multi-regional teams across data centre operations, property development, and real estate assets.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning human capital strategies with the company’s growth objectives across EMEA, APAC, and North America.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership
  • Design and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support the company’s global expansion in data centres, real estate technology, and property development sectors.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team, offering insights on workforce planning, organizational development, and talent optimization globally.
Global Workforce Management
  • Manage HR operations across multiple international regions, including new and emerging markets.
  • Establish scalable HR frameworks for greenfield and brownfield property development projects and data centre site operations.
Talent Acquisition & Development
  • Lead global recruitment strategies for top-tier talent across engineering, construction, operations, and technology roles.
  • Build and implement leadership development programs, succession planning, and technical upskilling initiatives.
Culture & Change Management
  • Promote a high-performance culture rooted in innovation, inclusion, accountability, and agility.
  • Lead change management efforts across joint ventures, M&A integrations, and regional expansions, ensuring cultural alignment and organizational cohesion.
Compliance & Risk Mitigation
  • Ensure HR operations are fully compliant with UAE labor laws, local employment regulations in all operational regions, and global HR best practices.
  • Implement governance and risk mitigation strategies, particularly in high-regulatory sectors such as property development and data infrastructure.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Design and manage equitable, competitive compensation and benefits programs across regions.
  • Lead annual compensation reviews, executive reward planning, and support global mobility initiatives for expatriates and senior talent.
HR Analytics & Workforce Insights
  • Utilize HR data and people analytics to support decision-making and workforce effectiveness.
  • Monitor KPIs, talent trends, and organizational health metrics to inform continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within data centre, real estate, or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record in designing and executing HR strategies for multinational organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and international HR standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in managing cross-cultural teams in a global environment.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for driving organizational and cultural change.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI) is a plus.

Salary: AED 60,000 to 70,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
