Job Description

athGADLANG is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support the full recruitment cycle to attract, source, and hire top talent for various internal positions within our management consultancy firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating assessments.

Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting.

Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Partner with team leads and department heads to understand current and future hiring needs.

Help organize and participate in employer branding activities, job fairs, and networking events to attract high-quality candidates.

Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company.

Prepare recruitment status updates and reports as needed.

Keep up to date with market trends and best practices in recruitment within the UAE.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within a management consultancy or professional services firm.

Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices in the UAE market.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize tasks effectively.

High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Proficiency in using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools. Kindly share CV to [Confidential Information]
