Project Engineer (Site Supervision | Fit-Out | Quality Control)

About the Role:

Topaz Event Management is seeking a Project Manager (Site Supervision, Fit-out & Quality Control) with a creative eye and strong leadership in on-site event execution. This role is focused on supervising event-related site works (interiors, structures, exhibition setups, temporary installations) and ensuring that every task is delivered on time, with quality, safety, and design precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solid understanding of fit-out works and on-site execution.
• Supervise and manage all on-site works, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timely delivery.
• Monitor site progress, resolve issues quickly, and uphold the highest safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and MEP teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee material management, manpower allocation, and site readiness for events.
• Ensure event setups (stages, structures, joinery, temporary civil works, etc.) meet design and quality expectations.
• Provide daily updates, progress reports, and maintain strong communication with the management team.
• Ensures that all MEP installations comply with design specifications, local regulations, and international codes.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architect or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven on-site experience. (event/fit-out experience preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and drafting.
• Strong knowledge of site handling, MEP coordination, and quality control.
• Valid driving license (mandatory).
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, creative event environment.
