Job description:

  • Coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems
  • Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and support HR-related tasks
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software
