Internal Communications Senior Specialist

We are seeking an experienced internal communications professional to design and deliver impactful strategies that connect, engage, and inspire employees across a large, complex organization. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, craft compelling messages, and drive culture-shaping initiatives.

• Develop and implement content strategies that align with organizational priorities.
• Create engaging messages for a range of internal channels, including intranet, newsletters, and internal social platforms.
• Partner with leadership to ensure consistent and effective communication across diverse audiences.
• Support change management by developing communication plans that help employees understand and embrace organizational shifts.
• Measure the impact of communications and continuously refine approaches for maximum engagement.

• Bachelors degree in Communications, Business Management, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• 10+ years experience in communications, employee engagement, or people-focused roles ideally within large, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven ability to build relationships at senior levels and influence across complex organizations.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings fresh ideas, and follows through to execution.
