Project Engineer - Luxury Villa Construction

Job Description

• Job Title: Project Engineer (5+ years of civil construction site experience and Villa experience is a must)
• Location: Dubai
• Work Type: Permanent, Full Time

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 5–7 years of experience as a Site Engineer/Project Engineer in building construction projects (Villa experience is a must).
• Proven experience handling Variations, Claims, and EOT documentation.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and methods.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and site management tools (AutoCAD, MS Project preferred).

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction site activities to ensure work is carried out as per design, specifications, and project schedule.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables.
• Review drawings, technical specifications, and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, daily reports, and progress updates.
• Identify, document, and support the preparation of Variation Orders, Claims, and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions.
