Teacher Assistant

Fun and Play is a Montessori-inspired early childhood learning center and a daycare dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to grow, explore, and learn. We focus on developing creativity, confidence, and essential life skills through play-based and structured learning.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Teaching Assistant / Manager to oversee daily operations, support teaching staff, and act as the first point of contact for parents. This role combines hands-on involvement with children, team coordination, and strong communication with families.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daycare staff in daily activities, lesson plans, and child engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling, task delegation, and performance feedback.
• Monitor classroom environments for safety, cleanliness, and organization.

• Respond promptly and professionally to parent inquiries via phone, or in-person.
• Maintain active communication with parents, including sending daily/weekly updates and sharing progress on children’s development.
• Address concerns or special requests with empathy and clarity.

• Assist staff with children during learning activities, meals, and playtime.
• Step in to help with classroom management when needed.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children to foster a positive and safe learning environment.

• Support enrollment processes, including tours for prospective parents.
• Maintain attendance records, incident reports, and other documentation.
• Assist with planning special events and seasonal activities.

• Salary offered AED 3000 (based on experience)
