Mid-Weight Designer

Dubai

I'm working with a well-established creative agency in Dubai that partners with some of the region's most exciting real estate and luxury hospitality brands. They're looking to bring in a Mid-Weight Designer who can deliver high-quality, conceptual work across a range of premium projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working on high-end brands and wants to be part of a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment.

• Work across a mix of branding, campaigns, and day-to-day creative for real estate and luxury hospitality clients
• Take projects from concept through to execution, ensuring strong attention to detail throughout
• Collaborate closely with creative directors, account teams, and other designers
• Translate client briefs into strong visual ideas and polished creative output
• Work across both digital and print deliverables (social, campaigns, brochures, presentations, etc.)
• Ensure all work is aligned to brand guidelines while still pushing creative where appropriate

• 3-5 years experience within a creative or branding agency
• Strong portfolio showcasing work across real estate and/or luxury hospitality brands
• Solid conceptual thinking alongside strong execution skills
• Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience working on high-end, premium brands with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics
• Comfortable being client-facing when needed and presenting ideas

• Motion or basic animation skills
• Experience working on large-scale developments, property launches, or hotel brands
• Understanding of the regional market
