Job Description
Contract: 2.5 Months (Full-time Contract)Location: Dubai
Our client is a leading construction contracting firm specializing in high-end fit-out and turnkey projects across the region. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior LOD 400 BIM Modeler to lead the development of coordinated BIM models and shop drawings for a luxury interior fit-out project located at Red Sea.The selected candidate must be proficient in multi-disciplinary modelling (Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical) and experienced in working with BIM 360 and BIM Collaborate Pro.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage BIM models for architectural and MEP scopes.
- Produce and submit fully coordinated shop drawings
- Collaborate closely with design team, engineers and site teams for timely clash resolution and model updates.
- Use BIM 360, BIM Collaborate Pro and familiar with Aconex is a plus for documentation.
- Conduct clash detection using Navisworks and participate in coordination meetings.
- Ensure accurate incorporation of material specifications and construction details for high-end fit-out elements.
- Maintain consistent version control and file organization as per project protocols.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in BIM modelling, with a minimum of 2 years on interior fit-out projects.
- Proven experience working with BIM 360, Autodesk Revit, and BIM Collaborate Pro.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
