Qualifications:

• Degree in counseling, psychology, or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience as a careers counselor
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds

Key responsibilities:

• Provide career guidance and counseling to students
• Assist students in exploring career options and making informed decisions
• Develop and implement career development programs
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student success
• Stay updated on industry trends and opportunities
