Job purpose:
The analyst, business data is responsible for monitoring and analyzing fleet performance metrics, revenue performance, customer satisfaction, and evaluating customer engagement across service tiers. The role involves optimizing fleet management solutions by leveraging data-driven insights, improving customer experience, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key accountabilities:
Performance monitoring & analysis:
- Develop a comprehensive set of key performance indicators (KPIs) that accurately reflect revenue performance across various tiers of fleet services, customer satisfaction, and service adoption for each tier of fleet solution services.
- Regularly review and update these KPIs to ensure they remain aligned with evolving business goals and market conditions.
- Implement robust data collection and analysis processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of KPI measurements.
- Design and create interactive dashboards that provide real-time insights into performance metrics specific to fleet solution services.
- Ensure dashboards are user-friendly and accessible to relevant stakeholders, enabling them to track performance against established targets.
- Utilize advanced data visualization techniques to highlight key trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement in fleet solution services.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client usage patterns for fleet solution services to identify trends, preferences, behaviors, and opportunities for growth.
- Use this analysis to pinpoint potential upsell opportunities and develop targeted strategies to maximize revenue from fleet solution services.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to implement these strategies and monitor their effectiveness.
Qualifications, experience, knowledge & skills
Minimum qualification- Bachelor's degree in business administration, data science, marketing, information technology, or a related field.
- Six years of experience in sales and customer service with at least three years of experience in the retail fuel industry.
- KPI development and monitoring: expertise in developing and tracking key performance indicators.
- Dashboard creation: proficiency in creating and maintaining interactive dashboards for performance tracking.
- Competitive analysis: ability to conduct thorough competitive analysis and provide actionable insights.
- Reporting: skilled in developing detailed reports with clear, actionable insights.
- Communication and collaboration: excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinking: strong strategic thinking skills to develop and implement data-driven strategies.
- Attention to detail: high attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Problem-solving: strong problem-solving skills to identify and address data-related issues.
