Key Responsibilities- Engage with qualified buyer leads and identify ideal investment opportunities
- Present tailored off-plan solutions focused on ROI, capital growth, and long-term value
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of project launches, payment plans, and key selling points
- Build lasting client relationships through a consultative and trustworthy approach
- Monitor market movements, competitive offerings, and regulatory updates
- Liaise with developers, clients, and internal teams to close successful transactions
- Ensure smooth documentation and follow-up throughout the sales cycle
- A competitive commission structure (earn up to 70%)
- Daily flow of fresh buyer leads from in-house marketing campaigns
- Access to exclusive off-plan inventories from top developers (Emaar, Meraas, and more)
- Full CRM access, administrative support & expert marketing tools

- Strong communication and closing skills

- RERA certified (or willing to obtain), with a valid UAE drivers license
- Fluent in English (Russian, German, Turkish, or other languages are a plus)
