Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Director-Level professional with a strong background in Risk Advisory, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), and ICFR. The ideal candidate will lead client project teams, develop strategies aligned with risk management principles, and ensure timely and high-quality deliverables in line with regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagement teams as a senior executive
- Develop and implement FAAS strategies tailored to client risk profiles
- Ensure client deliverables are accurate, well-presented, and compliant with regulations
- Understand and align project outcomes with client needs and expectations
- Oversee team performance, budgets, and timelines
- Mentor and manage project teams while promoting continuous improvement
- Drive advisory opportunities and support business development
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting or related field
- At least 8 years of relevant experience, with Director-level exposure in a public accounting or consulting firm
- Deep expertise in GRC, governance, risk, and ICFR
- Strong technical skills and risk management capabilities
- Proven leadership, delegation, and team management skills
- Excellent communication, client service, and technical writing abilities
- Ability to analyze and interpret evolving industry regulations and practices
