Job Description
MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
The IT Department enables the airline's business objectives by designing, delivering and supporting technology solutions that improve efficiency, reliability and digital innovation across the organisation. The team manages IT initiatives end-to-end from planning and design through development, testing, deployment and ongoing support, ensuring systems are scalable, secure and aligned with business needs.
About The Role
This 12-week rotational internship program is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to IT management, governance frameworks, and agile methodologies at flydubai. The intern will develop critical problem-solving and analytical skills while gaining a deep understanding of how technology drives business success.The program offers hands-on experience across various IT functions, from project implementation and business analysis to data engineering and project management, all guided by experienced IT professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Assist team members with ongoing tasks, projects, and departmental initiatives as assigned.
- Conduct basic research, data gathering, and analysis to support departmental objectives.
- Prepare, update, and maintain accurate documentation, reports, presentations, and trackers.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and briefings, and capture key actions or learnings when required.
- Follow all applicable company policies, procedures, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to support smooth workflow.
- Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, time management, and a strong willingness to learn
- Maintain confidentiality and handle company information responsibly at all times.
- Prepare and deliver a presentation at the end of the internship outlining the department overview, key learnings, and any new ideas, improvement opportunities, or recommendations that could be considered for implementation
- High school diploma or equivalent a must.

Isr Requirements
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day to day business operations
