Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing and Public Relations Manager (B2B) for a holding company in Dubai.
Location Dubai, UAE
Salary 25,000 30,000 AED/month
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Masters degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 yearsof relevant experience in a similarrole (B2B) in the UAE, preferably within the contracting, manufacturing, or engineering industrial sectors.
- Proven experience in creating and managing corporatebrands across multiple companies or divisions.
- Effective networking in the PR industry, with the abilityto have company information/awards/etc published in relevant articles.
- Proven experience with efficiently managing exhibitions and other external company events within budget, timeline, and meeting marketingstandards and protocols.
- Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
- Superb editorial skills (able to ensure properspelling / grammar/ tone of voice / overall presentation for all deliverables).
- Strategic thinker,with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Highly organized, with a very strongeye for detail and creative design.
- High emotional intelligence with experience in motivating others.
- Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively maintainbusiness relationships.
- Great leadership, conflict-resolution, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of website management, SEO, and marketinganalytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft OfficeSuite; design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy, Policies,& Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with the group&aposs goals and each subsidiarys business objectives.
- Create annual marketing budgets,activity calendars, KPIs,and report performance to senior management.
- Conduct marketresearch, industry news, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing policies and procedures for the group to adhere to.
Corporate Branding:
- Create, update, and enforce brand guidelines covering logo usage, typography, colour palettes, messaging tone,
- imagery styles, templates, and brand voice to ensure consistency across all platforms and materials.
- Establish a clear and consistent brand structure across the group and its subsidiaries, defining how each companys brand relates to the parent brand (holding company).
- Lead projects for updating or evolving the brand identities of existing subsidiaries if needed (e.g., logo refresh, repositioning).
- Oversee the design, content, and production of all corporate marketing materials including, but not limited to: company profiles, presentation templates, brochures, uniforms, business cards, letterheads, corporate giveaways, and more.
- Brand Storytelling: build and communicate compelling brand stories that highlight the groups history, expertise, values, achievements, and innovation across all platforms (web, social media, brochures, articles, events).
- Conduct regular audits of marketing materials, signage, company vehicles, office branding, online presence, and third-party representations to ensure consistency.
Social Media Management:
- Oversee the calendar, content, and postings on all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram) to drive B2B and visitor engagement.
- To develop and implement effective social media campaigns relevant for the business objectives and industry trends.
- Monitor engagement and analytics and adjust campaigns for improved results.
Exhibitions and ExternalEvents:
- Identify and plan for participation in key international and local exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
- Effectively manage all requirements for exhibitions or external events including logistics, budget, design deliverables, timeline management, stakeholder involvement, and more.
- Share post-event reporting to analyzekey factors, successpoints, and lessons learnt for each event. Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities to elevate brand presence.
Internal Communications:
- Oversee internal newsletters, holiday greetings, announcements, and general communication from marketing.
Marketing Reporting& Performance Analytics:
- Provide reports to management on the deliverables, KPIs, and achievements of the marketing department.
- Wherever possible,track the ROI of marketingand PR activities.
- Provide insightful analytics into performance or recommended proposalsfor enhancements / new opportunities.
Website and Digital Presence:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of company websites (managed by the Sr. Website Developer).
- Identify any requiredchanges or potentialenhancements for each website, to ensure that each platform is up to date with company information and in line with branding protocols.
- Oversee the development and execution of SEO strategies to optimize online visibility and lead generation.
- Monitor website traffic, analytics, and reporting; recommending improvements for user experience and SEO.
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing & Public Relations Manager to lead the marketing, communications, and public relations efforts for our holding group and its local subsidiaries. This position will be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive B2B marketing strategy that strengthens our brand presence, enhances internal and external communications, drives market positioning, and supports business growth initiatives across all companies.
