Job description- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for products and services
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation to closing deals
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align growth efforts
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
- 3-7 years experience in business development, partnerships, or sales - preferably in fin-tech, banking or financial services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and a hands-on approach
- Strong analytic and strategic thinking abilities
