Job Overview

We are currently hiring an HR Officer / HR Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong HR knowledge and hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and HR policies.
• Handle employee queries related to HR matters and company procedures.
• Support performance management and employee evaluation processes.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and training activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company regulations.
• Assist with payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
• Support HR reporting and internal communication.

• Previous experience in HR (minimum 3 years).
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws.
• Strong communication skills in English (other languages are an advantage).
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
