We are currently recruiting for a Field Sales Supervisor- FMCG for our client to be based out of their Dubai Office.

Job Purpose-

To implement sales & marketing strategy for the Channel/Product Range/Customer in an assigned area or branch, using available resources and demonstrating leadership to achieve profitability and growth aligned with the Division&aposs objectives.

• Implement Sales & Marketing strategy in the market and execute division/product range strategy in the market.
• Build relationships with market decision-makers.
• Meet brand objectives per Division Manager guidelines.
• Identify new business opportunities and participate in new business development.
• Conduct strategic meetings and sign BDAs.
• Equip, train, and motivate Sales Force to meet targets.
• Hold regular sales meetings and take corrective actions.
• Conduct quarterly and annual performance evaluations.
• Achieve allocated annual sales targets.
• Improve distribution, visibility, shelf share, and market share.
• Analyze distributor reports by brand/SKU.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with Division Manager.
• Maintain BDAs Gum + Chocolate P Scores.
• Identify and address team knowledge gaps.

• Bachelors Degree from a recognized university
• 710 years total experience
• Valid UAE driving license with own car.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written in English)
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment
• Leadership skills and ability to plan for future capacity needs
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven ability to complete tasks within deadlines
• Willingness to travel within the UAE
