Senior Analyst, Business Continuity - Abu Dhabi

JOB PURPOSE :

Provide Business Continuity Management (BCM) support and guidance to operational and business support levels of management and staff in accordance with the requirements of the ADNOC Onshore BCM Program Manual.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

• Responsible for BCM activities at assigned Assets and Functions by liaising with stakeholders in the organization to establish relevant Business Continuity Plans.
• Demonstrate understanding of related company policies on BCM and its relations with the appropriate UAE and international standards.
• Spreads awareness across assigned Assets and Functions on the importance and requirement of the three levels of BCM, Strategic, Support and Operational and how they inter-relate to one another.
• Support in facilitating Operational and lead Support level of Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workshops to assist Business Continuity Focal Points (BCFP) and Working Groups (BCWG) in identifying the critical activities and completing the development of related BCM documents.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Minimum Qualification
• Bachelor Degree in business Administration or relevant.
• Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
• 6 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry related to business continuity, crisis management and Business Resilience.
