• Business acquisition & sales
• Company setup in Dubai

• We need a real coach (not a theorist) who can:
• Build teams. Train them. Fix them. Deliver real results.

• Design and run sales training systems (from beginner to elite closer)
• Hands-on coaching for high-ticket sales (six-figure AED packages)
• Daily team coaching: call reviews, script fixes, conversion optimization

Train on:

• Investment in Dubai
• Business buying & selling
• Real estate investment
• Build KPIs, pipelines, and sales tracking systems
• Work directly with leadership to grow the team and revenue

• Don't waste your time or ours if you lack:
• Real experience in the Dubai market (mandatory)
• Proven high-ticket sales track record (real numbers, not stories)

Background in:

• Investment / business sales / real estate
• Experience training or coaching sales teams
• Ability to step in and close deals yourself (not just talk)

Deep understanding of:

• Lead conversion
• Negotiation
• Closing
• Team building and sales team management skills
