Role Overview:
The Marketing Executive will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support our real estate agents. This role combines digital marketing, content creation, campaign management, and event coordination to build a strong presence across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote property listings, company services, and brand initiatives.
- Digital Marketing: Manage social media accounts, email marketing, mobile marketing, online advertising (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram ads), and SEO efforts, driving increased traffic and engagement.
- Content Creation: Create compelling content including property descriptions, blog posts, videos, newsletters, social media posts, and promotional materials. Plan, script, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for listings, social media, and promotional materials.
- Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with sales teams to understand property features and translate them into compelling visual stories.
- Events & Promotions: Coordinate open houses, plan and manage road shows, client appreciation events, and community outreach initiatives.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators and provide regular marketing reports and insights.
- Conduct market research: To analyse industry trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape, using this data to inform marketing decisions.
- Work closely with the sales, development, and external partners to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with project timelines and objectives.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors (photographers, videographers, agencies) when needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate or property sector.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva, Meta Ads Manager).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in marketing software, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, or similar.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and organizational skills.
