We are currently looking for a Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operations and set the standard for excellence across our community. As our Housekeeping Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the everyday experience of our members.You will oversee all housekeeping operations across the golf course, community areas, and member amenities, ensuring every space reflects the elevated standards of Discovery Dunes.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end housekeeping operations (public areas, amenities, BOH)
- Laundry & linen management (inventory, vendors, quality control)
- Team leadership, training & scheduling
- Daily inspections and quality audits
- Inventory, cost control & budget tracking
- Health & safety compliance
- Cross-department coordination (F&B, Golf, Facilities, Events)
What Skills & Qualifications Are Required:
- 5–8 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role
- Experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, or high-end communities preferred
- A natural leader with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating elevated environments
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting
