As Head of Legal, you will play a critical role in leading legal matters for the UAE, ensuring compliance, enabling business decisions, and partnering with executive leadership on policy, governance, and risk-related initiatives. You will:

Description- Oversee all UAE legal operations, including labour law, corporate governance, trade licensing, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide legal support on procurement, contract drafting and review, and vendor agreements.
- Advise senior stakeholders on legal risk, policy development, and strategic initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team while aligning legal priorities with business objectives.
- Deliver executive-level presentations and policy papers with refined and polished communication.

Requirements:
- 9-15+ years PQE with significant UAE in-house legal experience.
- Deep knowledge of UAE labour law, company formation, licensing, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in a blue-chip environment such as a multinational corporation, government-related entity, or top-tier private institution.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, confident presenting to senior leadership and board-level audiences.
- Proven ability to handle both operational legal work and strategic advisory responsibilities.
- Qualified solicitor or legal professional with a strong academic background.
