Founded by Noor Naem (Aka Noor Stars), Nafas is a dubai based fragrance brand focused on high-quality compositions, strong storytelling, and selective distribution. We're looking for a commercially minded brand executive to help grow the brand through retail and distribution partnerships.
Role Description- Open and develop relationships with retailers, distributors, and strategic partners
- Support pricing structures, margins, and commercial terms
- Help plan and execute brand activations, retail launches, and collaborations
- Assist with go-to-market strategies, pitch decks, and market analysis
- Work closely with the founder on growth initiatives
- 3+ years experience in brand, commercial, or business development roles
- Strong understanding of premium / luxury brands (beauty or fragrance experience is a MUST)
- Confident communicator, commercially sharp, and well-organized
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
- Dubai based with prior UAE Experience
