We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Marketing Manager with a strong background in the Food & Beverage industry to develop and lead strategic social media initiatives. This role requires a digital-first thinker who understands how to build brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive conversions through compelling content and data-driven strategies across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall brand and marketing goals.
- Plan and manage content calendars for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with internal teams (brand, design, product, PR) and external agencies to create engaging and visually compelling content tailored to food & beverage audiences.
- Leverage data and analytics to optimize content performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, technologies, and platform updates to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage community relationships to build brand loyalty.
- Execute paid social campaigns and work with digital teams to track ROI and conversion rates.
- Oversee influencer marketing efforts and brand partnerships within the food & beverage space.
- Track and report KPIs including engagement, reach, growth, and conversions; present findings to leadership with strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:
- 35 years of hands-on social media marketing experience, ideally in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic social media plans.
- Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and audience behaviors.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later) and analytics platforms (Meta Insights, Google Analytics).
- Aesthetic eye and ability to collaborate with design teams for high-quality content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for food, trends, and consumer culture.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience launching food/beverage products or campaigns on social media.
- Working knowledge of influencer contracts and UGC partnerships.
- Experience in managing social during crises or brand reputation issues.
