Job Description

Salary: AED 5,000 10,000 + Commission (Based on experience)

About the Role

We are hiring two dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives with 23 years of proven experience in the UAE events and exhibitions industry. The ideal candidates will have an established client network, a deep understanding of event services, and a passion for building long-term relationships while driving business growth.

• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in the events and exhibitions sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and event organizers.
• Create and deliver impactful sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Work closely with event planning and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Represent the company at industry networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and prepare regular sales reports.

• Minimum 23 years of proven sales experience in the UAE events industry.
• Solid understanding of event planning, production, and market trends.
• Established client database or professional network in the UAE (highly preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
