Finance, Investment & Asset Management

In this role, you'll support the evaluation and execution of international, debt-based transactions, working closely with senior team members on financial analysis, due diligence, and deal structuring.

Client Details

An Abu Dhabi-based investment fund.

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and build transaction models
• Support due diligence processes and deal execution
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal stakeholders
• Monitor portfolio performance and market trends

Requirements:

• UAE National with 2-4 years of experience
• Background in Mergers & Acquisitions or Private Equity
• Strong command of financial modeling, including experience with LBO structures
