Finance Manager (Chinese Speaking)

About the Role: We're a fintech company based in Dubai looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance function. If you have a strong accounting background, experience with Chinese or multinational companies, and the leadership skills to drive financial excellence, we want to hear from you!

• 3+ years of experience in financial accounting or financial management, with team leadership experience
• Familiar with international and Chinese accounting standards; experience in multinational or Chinese companies is a plus
• Proficient in Excel and financial software, with strong financial analysis and risk management skills
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive business growth

• Oversee the company's overall financial management; lead and guide the accounting team in day-to-day operations and financial reporting
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control; regularly analyze budget performance and recommend improvements
• Establish and enhance internal financial controls to ensure compliance, security, and efficiency
• Provide financial analysis to support business decisions, including investment analysis, cash flow planning, and risk assessment
• Liaise with external parties including auditors, tax authorities, and banks to ensure smooth coordination
• Continuously optimize financial processes and systems to improve overall finance function and team effectiveness
