Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and promote electronic products inside the mall store.
• Explain product features, specifications, and offers to customers effectively.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their requirements and budget.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the store team for replenishment.
• Stay updated on ongoing promotions, discounts, and newly launched products.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Submit daily sales updates and feedback to the supervisor/store manager

Preferred Skills & Traits:

• Previous experience in retail sales or electronics sales within mall stores is preferred.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of electronic products and gadgets.
• Sales-driven, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
• Presentable appearance with a professional attitude.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and mall operating hours.
• Multilingual candidates will be an added advantage.
