Key responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, personalized and friendly service to all Club Lounge guests
• Present food and beverage offerings with confidence, attention to detail and strong product knowledge
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lounge environment at all times
• Anticipate guests needs and respond promptly and professionally to requests

• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment or VIP guest service is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to anticipating guest needs
• Flexibility to work split shifts, as the Club Lounge operates throughout the day
• Sound knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Adherence to company grooming standards
