Factory Warehouse Worker - Al-'Ayn

Employment: Full Time

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Factory Warehouse Worker, responsible for efficiently managing inventory, handling materials, and supporting seamless warehouse operations to ensure on-time production and delivery.

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments accurately and promptly.
• Inspect shipments for damage and verify quantities against invoices or packing lists.
• Store materials and finished products in designated warehouse locations safely and systematically.
• Pick and prepare products for shipment ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse area to comply with safety standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely following company protocols.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to coordinate material flow and scheduling.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (forklift certification is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and safety procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as required.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Salary: AED 3,500 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
