About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen to join the Food & Beverage Culinary team at Jumeirah Beachfront properties in Dubai. We are hiring for the following positions with the starting date of September 2026:
Food & Beverage:
- Commis 1
- Commis 2
- Commis 3
- Demi Chef de Partie
- Chef De Partie
The main duties and responsibilities include:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with Jumeirah standards, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
- Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices at all times.
- Support daily kitchen operations and collaborate effectively with the culinary team.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and use of ingredients to maintain quality and minimize waste
About you:
The ideal candidates for these positions will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in the same role in a 5-star luxury hotel.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations (HACCP compliance is an advantage).
- Passion for culinary arts with a commitment to quality, consistency, and delivering exceptional dining experiences
