Electrical Site Engineer

Job Description

China State Construction Middle East (CSECE ME) is recruiting Electrical Site Engineer to join our Team in a newly awarded large Scale Construction Development project in Dubai.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all required resources (labor, materials, plant, drawings) are available for smooth execution of scope of work.
• Ensure that all personnel (direct or sub-contract) are adequately experienced or trained to enable them to carry out their duties
• Ensure that the arrangements for First Aid and other Emergency services are provided and known to all employees
• Ensure the target dates set from time to time are met
• Promote a high degree of Quality & Safety awareness through leading by example.
• To follow the time schedule of project activities.
• To verify the progress on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• To take corrective action for any deviation occurred from time to time.
• Coordinate with the site manager to meet the site requirement for materials, equipment and manpower according to the plan and follow up the provisions of the same with the project management and other departments.
• Analyze all the problems affecting the progress and solve them together with the site manager.
• Prepare the monthly invoices for the works executed and materials delivered within the specified time and as per- the terms & conditions of the contract.
• Check the subcontractor's monthly invoices according to the contractual conditions with them prior to approval by the project manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of Relevant experience
• Experience in High Rise Tower Projects
