The Senior Marketing Executive will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital and traditional marketing channels, strong project management skills, and the ability to analyze campaign performance for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Main duties:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business objectives.
  • Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to refine marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance and campaign ROI.
  • Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for marketing activities.
  • Support school-specific marketing strategies to drive student enrolments.
  • Work closely with school leadership teams to promote key programs and initiatives.
  • Develop localized content and campaigns tailored to individual school needs.
  • Coordinate open house events, school tours, and promotional activities.
  • Strengthen parent and community engagement through targeted marketing strategies.
  • Align school marketing efforts with overall Aldar Education brand strategy.
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, and traditional advertising channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, SEO, and social media marketing.
  • Oversee content creation for social media, blogs, and email marketing campaigns to enhance audience engagement.
  • Analyze digital marketing performance using Google Analytics and other tools to track ROI and optimize strategies.
Brand Management & Content Development
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Develop compelling content for marketing collaterals and website
  • Work closely with the design team to produce creative assets that align with brand guidelines.
  • Event Management
  • Plan and execute events, sponsorships, and activations to drive brand visibility.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the region
  • Marketing experience is required
  • Experience in the Education sector is preferred
  • Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing is preferred.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Proven success designing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Up to date on industry trends and able to stay ahead of the curve
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Must be able to think analytically and strategically
  • Capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently
  • Great multitasker and capable of simultaneously managing multiple projects with different deadlines
