Oversee the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of postgraduate medical education programs, including residency, fellowship, and internship.
- Ensure all postgraduate programs comply with accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and institutional policies.
- Develop, review, and implement policies, standards, protocols, scopes of work, and guidelines related to medical education.
- Oversee the implementation and administration of scholarship and funding programs, ensuring compliance with policies and efficient utilization of resources.
- Develop and manage the medical education budget, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective utilization of allocated resources.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to medical education programs and identify deviations, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Lead the development and implementation of Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs) to enhance program quality and educational outcomes.
- Review audit findings related to medical education programs and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Oversee and monitor the performance of the medical education team, ensuring alignment with objectives, standards, and performance expectations.
- Provide guidance and direction to team members to enhance productivity, performance, and professional development.
- Develop frameworks and guidance documents for postgraduate medical education programs and operational processes.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including academic institutions, training bodies, and healthcare facilities, to ensure program effectiveness and collaboration.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and record-keeping for all medical education activities and programs.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on program performance, KPIs, audits, and financial status.
- Support accreditation processes and ensure readiness for inspections and evaluations.
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation in medical education practices and program delivery.
- Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and proper handling of all educational and administrative data.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the line manager.
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's degree
Additional qualification in healthcare will be preferable
Minimum Work Experience
At least 3 years in office administration/secretarial background
At least 2 years in clinical research administration background
