Senior Business Development Executive

Job Description

Salary: AED 12,000 15,000 per month (based on experience)

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to join one of our clients a well-established logistics company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing client relationships across air, sea and land freight services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across air, sea and land freight services using market intelligence, referrals and cold outreach.
• Conduct regular client visits and face-to-face meetings to understand their logistics requirements and present tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
• Present company services confidently to clients and secure new accounts or referrals.
• Negotiate terms and close deals with both SME and large corporate clients, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the management.
• Coordinate closely with the operations team to deliver seamless end-to-end logistics services and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Maintain an updated sales reports, client interaction logs and database of potential and existing clients.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and networking platforms to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients.
• Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends and competitors.

What Were Looking For:

Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field

35 years of freight forwarding sales experience in the UAE (Air/Sea/Land)

Strong client network and a proven track record in closing deals

UAE driving license is a plus

Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

A self-motivated and target-driven individual
