We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Officer to support the expansion of a fast-growing advisory and licensing firm operating in the UAE and international markets. The company specializes in business setup, corporate structuring, fintech, crypto compliance, and licensing solutions across a variety of regulated sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Support the business development strategy by identifying and engaging potential clients across the UAE and globally.
Represent the company's service offering across areas such as company incorporation, financial licensing (SCA, VARA, RAK DAO, DIFC, DMCC), and banking support.
Build strong relationships with Free Zone authorities (e.g., DIFC, MEYDAN, IFZA, RAK), financial institutions, and regulatory stakeholders.
Attend and represent the firm at expos, conferences, and networking events (e.g., GITEX, Crypto Expo, IFX).
Collaborate with internal teams (legal, compliance, operations) to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Maintain accurate reporting of the business pipeline and share progress with management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 35 years of experience in business development or client acquisition, ideally within corporate services, legal advisory, fintech, or crypto sectors.
Proven ability to close B2B deals and generate leads independently.
Understanding of UAE Free Zone ecosystems and licensing procedures (SCA, VARA, RAK DAO, etc.).
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluency in English is essential.
Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
