Partnering with our dynamic marketing team, you'll strategize, craft, and analyze content for emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages, and push notifications that drive engagement and convert readers into loyal customers.Join us in making our brand voice resonate across cultures!
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft Compelling Copy: Write and edit irresistible content for emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages, and push notifications in both English and Arabic, ensuring every message reflects our unique brand voice and marketing vision.
- Strategic Collaboration: Team up with the marketing crew to brainstorm and build innovative strategies and campaign calendars that stand out in crowded inboxes and messaging platforms. Attend daily stand-up calls to align on priorities and share updates.
- Targeted Messaging: Develop tailored content for diverse audience segments, including enticing promotional offers, informative newsletters, and essential transactional communications across all channels.
- Optimize for Impact: Utilize A/B testing and data insights to fine-tune copy for emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages, and push notifications, maximizing deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates for peak performance.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest marketing trends and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) to ensure our campaigns are fresh and compliant.
- Collaborate with Designers: Work alongside our design team to create visually stunning layouts that enhance the reading experience and complement your captivating copy across all formats.
- Analyze & Innovate: Monitor campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to elevate our marketing game.
- Consistent Brand Voice: Maintain a harmonious and consistent brand voice across all communications, ensuring every message feels cohesive and aligned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a copywriter or in a similar role, with a preference for email, SMS, WhatsApp messages, and push notification expertise.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in Arabic; English proficiency is a strong plus.
- A collaborative spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices is a bonus.
- A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a knack for engaging diverse audiences.
- Ability to turn around copy quickly, ideally within the same day.
