We're looking for a high-performance recruiter who can headhunt, attract, and close top real estate agents in Dubai's competitive market.

If you know how to build teams and deliver real hiring results (not just interviews) — this role is built for you.

• Actively recruit real estate agents across Dubai
• Headhunt experienced brokers & property consultants
• Reach out to minimum 50 agents daily
• Source, screen, and close candidates consistently
• Conduct initial interviews & coordinate with management for final selection
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified agents
• Align hiring with company growth targets
• Clearly explain commission structures to candidates

• Minimum 3 years experience in sales, real estate, or recruitment
• Proven experience hiring real estate brokers / sales professionals
• Strong network in Dubai real estate market
• Understanding of commission-based & sales-driven roles
• Target-driven mindset — results matter, not activity
• Strong communication, persuasion & closing skills
