Employment: Full Time

A reputable and well-established Bank is actively recruiting a Relationship Manager for their team in the UAE.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Identifying existing and potential key clients.
  • Managing and enhancing client relationships.
  • Identifying new products and services to meet clients' requirements and needs.
  • Managing one-on-one meetings with clients to explain services.
  • Understanding the problems and challenges of clients and identifying ways to address those needs.
  • Monitoring and assessing activities of competitors to satisfy and retain clients.
  • Providing excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business.
  • Resolving any customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
  • International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management (Level 3) is a must.
  • International Certificate in Advanced Wealth Management (Level 4) is essential.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within the Banking Industry in the UAE.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, product development or wealth advisory to priority banking customers/retail HNIs.
  • Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations & risks.
  • Excellent relationship skills and awareness of risk management concepts and practices.
  • Result-driven, hands-on, and dynamic with the ability to work in a sales-oriented environment in banking.
  • Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
