About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive who understands Business-to-Business (B2B) sales. Your primary mission will be to identify and approach corporate clients such as offices, warehouses, factories, residential complexes, and commercial buildings to pitch our housekeeping and staffing solutions.
If you know how to build corporate relationships, prepare professional proposals, and close service contracts, you will thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Lead Generation: Use business directories, local market research, and networking to target potential corporate clients across the industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
B2B Outreach: Conduct professional cold calls, emails, and face-to-face visits to reach key decision-makers (HR Managers, Procurement, Admin Managers, and Facility Directors).
Client Consultations: Understand client staffing requirements and explain how Julfar's manpower solutions can solve their facility challenges.
Quotations & Proposals: Draft and present clear, professional corporate proposals and competitive service quotations (e.g., handling staff-only vs. staff-with-supplies options).
Contract Closing: Navigate the corporate decision-making process, handle objections, follow up diligently, and close long-term service contracts.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or Business Development (Experience within Facility Management or Manpower Outsourcing is a huge plus).
Sector Knowledge: Basic understanding of the service needs within industrial sites, commercial offices, and residential properties
