We're Hiring: Logistics Coordinator / Logistics Supervisor | Infrastructure Projects | Dubai, UAE
ASGC is seeking a proactive and highly organized Logistics Coordinator / Logistics Supervisor to support the successful delivery of major infrastructure and construction projects across Dubai.
The successful candidate will have proven UAE experience in construction logistics, coordinating materials, equipment, transportation, and site operations while ensuring full compliance with project schedules, safety requirements, and regulatory standards.
Key Requirements:
✅ Experience supporting major infrastructure and civil construction projects in the UAE
✅ Working knowledge of RTA, Dubai Municipality, and other relevant authority requirements
✅ Strong background in logistics planning, material control, transportation, and site coordination
✅ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including project teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and logistics providers
✅ Excellent organizational, reporting, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project logistics plans and site logistics strategies
- Coordinate material deliveries, transportation schedules, and equipment mobilization
- Monitor inventory levels, warehouse activities, and material availability to support project execution
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate logistics records, delivery documentation, and progress reports
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, project specifications, and authority regulations
- Support cost optimization initiatives and improve operational efficiency across logistics activities
- Resolve logistics-related challenges to minimize project delays and disruptions
Qualifications & Experience:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
✔ 3–6 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or construction operations
✔ Previous UAE/GCC experience within, civil, or large-scale construction.
