Job Description

Core Roles & Responsibilities
  1. Strategic HR Management
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and administrative roles, ensuring a pipeline of talent that aligns with Kirloskar's innovative culture.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees; mediate disputes and oversee disciplinary procedures.
  • Performance Management: Implement and oversee the annual appraisal process, linking individual KPIs to global corporate objectives.
  • Culture & Development: Promote the Kirloskar Limitless values (Excellence, Integrity, Empathy) through engagement initiatives and professional development workshops.
  1. Regulatory & Statutory Compliance
  • Legal Adherence: Ensure company policies comply with FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, and Texas-specific labor laws.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit all mandatory filings on company, payroll, etc.
  • Audit Readiness: Conduct regular internal audits of personnel files, payroll records, and I-9 forms to ensure 100% audit readiness.
  • Policy Development: Maintain and update the Employee Handbook to reflect changing legislative landscapes.
  1. Compensation, Benefits & Payroll
  • Payroll Oversight: Coordinate with payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely processing for exempt and non-exempt staff.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage health insurance, 401(k) plans, and leave policies, acting as the primary liaison for benefit vendors.
  1. Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)
  • Workplace Safety: In collaboration with the operations team, ensure compliance with OSHA standards and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Workers Compensation: Manage all workers compensation claims and return-to-work programs.
